     SALE/ORDER

     All sales transactions are considered a Qard, until the goods purchased have been delivered, after which the sale transaction will be termed a sale.

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition.

MOST PRODUCTS COME WITH manufacturer warranty from one year to life time based on the manufacturer. The Z-Com Computer Services Inc. invoice will state the warranty period, as well as whether the manufacturer or Z-Com Computer Services Inc. will warranty the item. Most products will be warrantied by Z-Com Computer Services Inc.

RETURN POLICY
   1. Returning a defective product: RMA
      We gladly accept DEFECTIVE returns on those products that we warranty and within the warranty period as stated on the invoice. Z-Com Computer Services Inc. shall have sole discretion as to replace, exchange or repair the item and then return it to you. Z-Com Computer Services Inc. Shall not be held liable for any LOSS/DAMAGE OF DATA ON ANY MEDIA PROVIDED.

   2. Returning a non defective product:
      Non defective products may be returned within 14 days of shipment date provided they are still in original packaging. If the original package has been tampered with, you may still be eligible for a full refund, which will be determined by our RMA team.

   3. No returns (unless unopen or defective) for the following items:
         1. Software OEM or Retail
         2. Digital CD & DVD Media
         4. Head Set
         5. Cables and Special Orders
        
   4. LCD MONITORS with less than 7 dead pixels and Notebooks with less than 4 dead pixels are not considered defective. See manufacturer's warranty for dead pixel policy replacement
  

   5. COMBO SPECIALS include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. If one item from the Combo special is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund.


   6. ALL return ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED AND TESTED UPON RECEIPT.  Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement will NOT be issued.
          * Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering Products with any standard certification labels OR BARCODE LABEL removed
          * Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice
          * Physically damaged products. Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
          * Products which are improperly packaged

RETURN PROCEDURE
STEP 1
    All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials and disks.
STEP2
    Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted at our Warehouse without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Us via email: support@zcom.ca, to get an RMA #. All RMA numbers will expire after 14 days of issuance. Any return we receive without an RMA number will be documented and may returned to you.
STEP 3
    We recommend that you use a "traceable carrier" with the "proof of delivery." Z-Com Computer Services Inc. shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and it is non-refundable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your order, simply call or email us with your Online Order#. Please include your reason for requesting the cancellation. If your order is shipped prior to receiving your cancellation request, shipping charges will not be refunded to you.

REFUND POLICY
All approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will take up to5 business days to credit back the funds to your account. Please Contact us if you have not received your refund with in that time frame.

REBATES
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to Z-Com Computer Services Inc. To avoid this loss, Please make sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates.

PRIVATE POLICY

We will not sell your email address or phone number nor will we share your private information with third parties.  We will not contact you by phone unless there is a problem with your order and we do not receive a response to email attempts.  We occasionally send product updates and special offers to those customers and visitors who have signed up to receive such information.  You can be removed from our email list at any time by responding to a mailing with 'Remove' in the subject field.

To complete a transaction, Z-Com Computer Services Inc. gathers your information to verify your identity (to prevent fraud) and to facilitate your request. By providing your information you are giving us your expressed consent to use the information to provide you the service or transaction you requested.

We do not store in our website your Personal information including your name, address and your credit card number. Once you type your information, it is sent instantly, encrypted, directly to our order processing system, which is on a server separate from the internet. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the site where your personal or account information is required. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server.

At times we drop ship directly from the manufacturer or from our suppliers. In these instances they are the shipper for this order and given the same shipping information.

Third-Party Links: We have many links on our site to third-party sites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for these sites. We recommend you read the privacy statement for each site before supplying any information. . Some sites may give you a code, cookie or graphic which may identify you to them. These are used to track and possibly capture information you supply while on our site, though we take all measure to remove such access, you must take the responsibility to limit exposure to such practices. We suggest using a spy ware program to remove these programs on a regular basis and to visit our site directly.

PRICES

All prices on the website are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include the cost of shipping and or applicable taxes.

Please note that Z-Com Computer Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors. In such cases you will be notified by email and the money will be refunded.

LIABILITY

Z-Com Computer Services Inc. will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped upon PayPal payment confirmation, by local couriers, UPS or Canada Post. You are given two options: Z-Com – Standard, Z-Com – Express. Z-Com – Standard may take up to 4 days for you to receive it.  Z-Com – Express may take up to 2 days for you to receive it.
